Angela McMullen lives and writes in Maritime Nova Scotia.

She is a freelance writer who has written for community and regional newspapers.

Angela has self-published Poplars Dancing in the Wind, a collection of poetry inspired by the beauty of nature. This poetry collection can be purchased in the bookstore on this site.

Angela established the annual Candlelight Walk to Honor Women.

Her words and photos appear in Through the Seasons, a photographic presentation of Historic Annapolis Royal. https://www.pasttopresent.ca/

A background in social service work has inspired Angela to value optimal mental health  through the integration of daily self-care.

She writes full time, following her own philosophy,  "happiness and prosperity are achieved by doing what you love to do."

She has combined her love of writing with the love of the forest to create a program which inspires women to write and to live life on their own terms.

Angela is committed to living an authentic life, and through the pen,  empowers others to do the same.
